Bio:

Before dedicating his life to enforcing the law, he used to find himself on the wrong side of it far too often. It is a wonder that he and Lucrecia maintained such a strong friendship, or that he managed to not drop out of school, though he was held back. His juvenile delinquency has often made him question the deservedness of his position, but then Lieutenant Akuyama vouched for him, viewing his firsthand experience with the criminal element as an advantage. He was assigned two cases. One to look into the corrupt dealings of Commissioner Kintu and to find Vatour. Unfortunately the cases seem to be overlapping.
