Bio:
A former business and City Councilman, he was elected shortly after the great gang war, promising rebuilding and healing. Healing, meant that he would help the city forget the bloodshed and loss of life, by distracting the populace with beautiful words and big economic plans, while the criminal hierarchies were realigning. All of it was successful and earned him two additional terms. After the televised murder of his good friend, Zaafir Konar by the vigilante, Vatour and increased pressure from some of his other friends, he declared that the police department would spare no resource in removing the cloaked menace, even going so far as to hire a deadly mercenary.
