 11. Father's Gift

Da Vaada knew all. He saw into every heart, including Onárstil. The Morning Star who stood before him, covering his face, as all do.

"What troubles you, my son?"

"I wish for a kingdom."

"Have I not given you command over all the heavenly hosts? All the stars?"

"This is your kingdom, not mine. I want a world of my own. One where I am worshipped as you are."

"Are you my equal?"

Onárstil got down on one knee and hung his head.

"No! I am but your humble servant, but as your people share in your love and walk with you, I would have mine do the same."

Da Vaada then stretched out his hand to the fourth planet from your sun, a beautiful world not unlike Teyra itself, only smaller.

"Take it. It is yours."

"Thank you, Father."

And so Onárstil, the Morning Star, would rise over his own horizon. One that was named Vaada Pari (Father's Gift).
