Bio:
The
former Vice Mayor has always had it out for the late Mayor Bahadur
Agassi. Not because of a hunger for power, but because the man was a
corrupt puppet for many high ranking crime bosses. The city council had
begun several investigations into Agassi and his cabinet. However, his criminal ties rendered him untouchable through legal or bureaucratic means. She was in City Hall the night Agassi and his entire
cabinet were massacred in violent rampage undergone by Vatour. By the
end of the night only she and two guards were left alive in that
building. She has since decided to take a hands-on approach to the
hunting down and capture of Vatour.
