Baishan watched in horror as his parents were beaten and dragged out of their shop by Hellfire Crew thugs. Every attempt he made at communication with anyone with the power to do something about it, was ignored. After finally being able to bury his parents, he has become the most vocal supporter, not of Vatour, but of what he represents, the end of the status quo. He even went on to start a neighbourhood watch group called Le Troupeau de Vautour (The Vulture's Flock), which currently has up to 30 members, most of them young. He has long since abandoned all faith in the institutions that were built to protect the people.
